Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Clark County School District, herein referred to as District, is accepting proposals for surplus ink, toner, and copier consumables services. Services shall be required at various District locations as requested. Services shall be provided in a manner that is consistent with recognized best practices in the recycling industry. Services shall be required throughout the entire year on an as-requested basis. The Supplier shall be responsible for coordinating and scheduling its work with District locations and it shall provide all materials, transportation, and labor to accomplish the requirements expressed herein. Supplier shall sort and segregate all surplus, overstock, and old, unused printer and copier supplies materials received for resale to generate the maximum rebate available to the individual District locations for the materials. Surplus, overstock, and old, unused printer and copier supplies are considered a commodity and would be essentially any items such as overstock and old, unused printer and copier supplies that are unwanted or considered obsolete, not working, or near their end of life. Examples of such items would be all OEM printer and copier supplies (Brother to Xerox), everything that is used by a printer or copier excluding paper to include ink, toner, drums, fusers, phasers, maintenance kits, imaging units, and developing units.
