All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall complete demolition and site clean-up by September 15, 2023 and shall be disposed of per the State and Federal Regulations as required by DEQ, EPA and OSHA. Contractor shall request all Permits needed and include Permit costs in lump sum bid. Contractor shall complete the demolition, removal and disposal of all improvements for following property per Statement of Work as listed below: File 9805-020 @ 1150 Industrial Parkway, Newberg Industrial metal building structure with 12,000 sq. ft. Building is adjacent to another industrial building which will remain. One water line traverses between the buildings that needs to be cut and capped. All other utilities to the building are separate to our knowledge. Apex Environmental has completed the abatement of all Asbestos and PCBs containing materials per the attached documentation attached as Exhibit C with the Hazardous Building Materials Survey and Abatement Documentation. Contractor shall remove lead-based paint materials per Exhibit A Statement of Work. Industrial Structure & Improvements: Contractor shall demolish and remove industrial structure and improvements including but not limited to building and foundation.
