Specifications include, but are not limited to: Phase 1: Replacement of the current Provider Pay and Service authorization system from Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS). Phase 1 includes project management, implementation / development services, data conversion, testing and defect management, training, operations and maintenance, transition support, disaster recovery, and business continuity services. All Phase 1 functionality must be configured, implemented, and in production by December 2024. Phase 2: Replacement of the current Child Care Regulatory Information System (CCRIS)functionality. Phase 2 includes project management, implementation / development services, data conversion, testing and defect management, training, operations and maintenance, transition support, disaster recovery, business continuity services and project closeout. Contractor shall not begin work on Phase 2 until Agency has issued a notice of intent to proceed and the parties have agreed upon the Services to be provided and amended the Contract as necessary and Agency has received all necessary approvals.
