Specifications include, but are not limited to: SOU is seeking a platform that meets the following requirements: • Provide data that helps align new and existing programs to job market trends and workforce career gaps • Provide data that helps align the curricular skills to market demand • Provide data that helps demonstrate to accrediting bodies how offerings are meeting significant needs in the regional economy and how our students are being prepared for in-demand jobs • Provide access to employment data for regional national employers who are seeking graduates with the skills and education required for success • Provide access to data and tools that helps show prospective students how SOU offerings lead to successful careers • Provide data that helps leverage demographic, population, and workforce data to support enrollment decisions • Provide data that helps show students how their current education relates to the world of work, and support their career transition by advising them on where job skills are in demand • Provide data that helps compare employer skills-in-demand with the current skill of workers in the same roles to create curriculum and/or non-degree offerings that differentiate learners • Provide data and tools that helps embed career outlooks into SOU’s website to connect academic programs to career opportunities
