Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Conduct a series of trainings over Web-Ex to assist Criminal Justice Services in creating leadership and management development. Train on topics such as prioritizing, time management, accountability, delegation, and other concepts. Train supervisors on EPICS, Pathways, and other evidence bases topics related to the Criminal Justice field. 2) Identify barriers and identify agency specific needs. 3) Provide assistance in creating a 3 to 5-year agency strategic plan for further adherence to evidence-based practices. 4) Provide expert recommendations or agency and program improvement. Criminal Justice Services agrees to: 1. Actively participate in all trainings, conference calls, assessments, and meet required deadlines. 2. Share current policies and standard operating procedures, file check lists, and previous training materials.
