Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Acceptable Products: 1. All Furniture is specified in ULMC 2&3 Furniture RFQ excel/pdf. B. Construction: 1. Top surfaces shall be acacia laminate or aesthetically equivalent. Surfaces shall be balanced to resist warping, and undersides shall be smoothly finished. Edges shall be post formed,solid wood, vinyl T molding or self‐edge. When self‐edging is used, the corners shall be eased. C. Work Surfaces shall be acacia laminate or aesthetically equivalent with edge band. D. Storage: 1. When indicated on floorplans, workstations receive open sided storage towers. 24x24x48 open shelf above drawers below, wardrobe door on the side of the shelf and drawers. Right and left hand opening varies depending on the individual workstation. Drawers to be lockable, keyed alike per workstation and have integrated pulls. Provide two keys per unit. a. Provide two copies of the master drawer key to ANTHC Project Manager. E. Height Adjustable Bases to Be Equivalent to: 1. HAT- Hi Hat, Electric 3 Stage Leg Base with 4 position programmable controller. 2. Steelcase- AMQ Active Pro 2 Base 3 Stage with controller. F. Finishes: 1. For all finishes not listed in the technical specification, the ANTHC Project Manager will select from manufacturer’sstandard selection.
