Specifications include, but are not limited to: Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Department of Public Safety (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish contract with a company that can provide services for a Vermont State Police (VSP) Mental Health and Wellness Clinician Program. 1. Supervisory Role - Contractor shall oversee the services of all contracted clinicians with whom the State has contracted under separate agreements for services within the scope of the Vermont State Police (VSP) Mental Health and Wellness Clinician Program. The primary reasons for clinical supervision are to ensure (1) quality client care, and (2) clinical staff’s continued professional development in a systematic and planned manner. The supervisory duties will include, but are not limited to: • Develop and maintain professional relationships with VSP clinicians • Identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal level of patient services • Supervise all clinical operations and evaluate all service programs and trainings being offered by VSP clinical staff • Assure that continuing education includes trauma informed care • Provide Monthly (and as needed) peer support to VSP clinicians • Receive and review monthly activity report from each VSP Clinician The monthly activity report will contain, but will not be limited to: (a) Number of VSP personnel seen monthly (b) Monthly activities or trainings;
