Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Alaska Department of Family and Community Services (DFCS) is seeking professional design services to provide bid ready documents for replacement of the carpet on the patient units at the Alaska Psychiatric Institute in Anchorage Alaska. Service includes 65%, 95% and CD plans, and cost estimate development for all scoped services. The existing carpet in the facility is prone to bio-hazard contamination. The successful consultant will be tasked with selecting a flooring system that is more conducive to the hospitals infectious control requirements. Design services may include but not be limited to: 1. Project Plans to 65%, 95% and CD’s 2. Construction Cost Estimate. 3. Bidding and Construction Administration will be negotiated after NTP.
