Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State is looking for a vendor that can provide walk-in residential furniture to eligible users. This contract covers those items in vendor’s price list, catalog, and includes delivery, installation and warranty services. All products offered must be new. Used, shopworn, refurbished, demonstrator, prototype or discontinued models are not acceptable. Once eligible user finalizes equipment specifications, products and plans with the vendor, the vendor will have 180 calendar days to deliver to eligible user. Products shall be delivered, unloaded, and installed according to purchase order and to a move-in ready condition incorporating all manufacturer recommended provisions. Quotes and purchase orders shall include any installation and delivery fees. Vendor is responsible for the removal of all packaging materials and unwanted excess product. Under no circumstances will an eligible user assist with unloading product or installation process.
