Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City seeks a licensed general contractor to assist in the installation of a pre-fabricated bathroom unit: Ozark 1 at Baruch Park. The bathroom unit vendor is CXT Inc. an LB Foster Company. 1. The contractor will obtain a construction permit before work is started. 2. Prior to placement of building, a properly prepared sub-base and building pad shall be provided. (See Exhibit B- DWG No. OZ1-16) 3. Provide water service from existing ¾” water meter to pre-fabricated bathroom (See Exhibit A) 4. Provide below floor piping and floor drain installations (See Exhibit B- DWG No. OZ1- 17) 5. Install Waste, Vent, and Water Piping (See Exhibit B- DWG No. OZI-18 and OZ1-19) 6. Provide all electrical installations as noted on Exhibit B- DWG No. OZ1-20 and OZ1- 21 7. Coordinate field installation of prefabricated unit with CXT Inc. 8. Verify correctness of plumbing stub ups with approved CXT drawings. 9. Clean up site after project is completed.
