Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work consists of the maintenance of Simplex 4100U / 4005 / 4010ES Fire Alarm System at Hilo International Airport; Upon award of the contract, the Contractor shall submit to the Airport Manager and Project Manager, for their review and approval: A. Work schedules, Regular Working Hours, a list of management personnel assigned to the project, and all other information concerning the Contractor’s maintenance, inspection and repair services to be provided for the Systems. B. A readily accessible telephone number, for a single point of contact (answering service, etc.) through which the Contractor can be notified of any situation requiring his attention, any day of the year, 24 hours a day. C. User Access Codes with rights only to monitor, poll and print Fire Alarm system status and conditions for Airport personnel use. D. Contractor’s Inspection and preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment. This should provide, as well as, not be limited to the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance. The actual manufacturer’s recommended maintenance list and instructions should be also provided by the Contractor.
