Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Henderson, Nevada, (“City”) is soliciting responses from qualified construction managers/general contractors for the performance of Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) services for the Water Treatment Admin Building Renovation (“Project”) to reconfigure the existing administrative offices and breakroom to allow for additional office space. The scope includes the addition of two (2) new offices, a kitchenette, and the redesign of the existing reception area, storage rooms, breakroom, hallways, and three (3) offices. This includes replacement of outdated finishes (flooring, paint, ceiling tiles, and lighting) in both public and office space areas. Construction in identified office spaces shall improve inefficiencies and incorporate future staff needs and growth projections.
