Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Wichita Airport Authority (Owner) expects to retain a qualified airport planning consultant to provide professional services to develop a Master Plan update for Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport. The Wichita Airport Authority will proceed with the development of a Master Plan update funded, in large part, by the Federal Aviation Administration using an Airport Improvement Program grant with the remainder of the funds from the Owner. The anticipated services shall cover those required per FAA Advisory Circular 150/5070-6B plus include the following specific areas of focus: • Evaluate the air cargo operations including emphasis on expansion • Analysis of the confluence of Runway 1R-19L, Runway 14-32 and Taxiway E with regards to the non-standard geometry • Update Exhibit A including base mapping • Develop an environmental overview • Provide new aerial imagery for base mapping, obstruction analysis, etc. • Create development exhibits for the Airport’s web site • Identify site locations for a new U. S. Customs and Border Protection Port of Entry facility • Identify site locations for large MRO hangars
