Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Hot Springs, Arkansas, on behalf of all the City Department, is accepting bids from an entity (firm or individual) that will provide "on call" electrical services as needed. The City wants to consider bids that include the use of a bucket truck. This specification is intended to describe the service sought and the conditions the selected Contractor shall meet. The City may, at its discretion, “bid” any planned electrical job or project needed to be done. However, the Contractor selected from this procurement will be utilized for most electrical work as expected. The Contractor will be selected based on the criteria herein - i.e. response time, rates, and percentage of markup on materials or parts.
