Specifications include, but are not limited to: The 4 employee residences at Summer Lake Wildlife Area are in need of HVAC upgrades/replacements. Project will replace the remaining 3 oil burning furnaces with a new electric heat pump system and in the fourth residence a complete new system will be installed as the old oil furnace has been removed. Included in the new heat pump systems will be the installation of new media filters that would remove harmful particulates in the air, creating a healthy refuge for our employees and their families. The Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles and for furnishing transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and for the performance of all labor, work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents.
