Specifications include, but are not limited to: NetSuite platform, time tracking and reporting platform which will provide the Oregon Secretary of State Audits Division, the following functionality: -Ability to perform employee time tracking and reporting. -Ability to perform employee time and budget estimates to actual comparisons. -Ability to produce reports. -Ability to budget projects by type of project, auditor, and task and manage projects (for example track actual hours, generate reports, edit tasks and staff assignments). -Ability to access and use the system remotely, in a secure manner that protects the integrity of the data. -Ability to customize system to meet the needs of the division. -Ability to import and export approximately 700 projects (both current and completed) data from and into a new solution/system.
