Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Albuquerque is requesting bids for Auto Glass Repair, Installation, and Tinting Services; A) Two (2) hour Response time is required for all services to be provided a. Response is defined as responding back to City with a quote for the work requested. Please note a Purchase Order must be in hand before any work can be completed. b. If two (2) hour response fails to be received by the City on multiple occasions then the Awarded Vendor shall be deemed to be in noncompliance of the terms of their contract which can result in contract termination. B) Awarded vendors must be available during City business hours to perform service calls on-site at City Facilities and accept City-Owned vehicles at awarded vendors location. a. City Departments hours vary. Awarded Vendors shall coordinate with individual City Departments to confirm their normal business hours when work is requested. b. Expected Turnaround time for shall be within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving a PO and vehicle but Awarded Bidder shall coordinate with the individual City Department if exceptions are needed.
