Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Oregon, per Policy IV.07.10, related to Construction and Contracting, is providing thisposting as an opportunity for comment related to an adjustment to the procurement limits and maximumcontract values associated with the UO Retainer Consulting Services Program.Current procurement values and the maximum contract value associated with the UO Retainer ConsultingServices Program were established more than a decade ago, when the Retainer Program was administeredby OUS. Since then, cost escalation related to construction costs has increased significantly. The Universityof Oregon is proposing to adjust the below identified values to maintain the retainer program as an effectivetool for the delivery of capital projects on campus.
