Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1. Based on the Order and Permanent Injunction ("Permanent Injunction") entered by the U. S. District Court for the District of Arizona in Jensen, et. al v. Thornell, et al., Case No. CV12-00601-PHX-ROS (Doc. 4410), the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) is seeking a minimum of three (3) Physician Monitors with up to a total of five (5) Physician Monitors to analyze and synthesize information to improve health care delivery at our prison complexes. 4.2. The Physician Monitors will work 40 hours per week. The Physician Monitors will work under the supervision of the ADCRR Medical Director and in close collaboration with other health professionals working for the ADCRR Medical Services Contract Monitoring Bureau (MSCMB) to evaluate the healthcare services provided to the incarcerated prison population with the Arizona State Prisons. The Physician Monitors will work remotely; however, onsite meetings at the ADCRR central offices, as well as the prison complex site visits may be required intermittently.
