All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide service and maintenance to rental units and SCP+R owned portable restrooms at County parks and facilities. 2. Regular service is to include the delivery of rental restrooms to various locations, set-up for operation, periodic servicing, cleaning and subsequent removal from location. 3. Maintenance shall include any minor repairs and parts discovered at time of servicing the unit. Maintenance should be included with rental fees. 4. Maintenance on SCP+R units shall be quoted on a time and material basis. 5. Each portable restroom should include or be equipped with a door that can be locked from the inside, toilet tissue, deodorant blocks and seat covers. 6. Service shall include, but not be limited to, the following: a. Empty waste tank contents. b. Clean waste tank and refill with chemically treated water treatment to include anti-freeze as necessary. c. Clean and disinfect seats, doors and walls. d. Replenish any installed deodorant blocks as needed. e. Stock or replenish toilet tissue dispensers. f. Remove and dispose of any debris. g. Perform repairs as needed on rental units and quote repairs as needed for SCP+R owned units. h. Proper and lawful disposal of all waste removed.
