Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Physics & Astronomy Department seeks to replace lab tables for Physics labs as they do not meet ADA requirements. Tables have specific specifications so that materials used in the construction of them do not interfere with labs being conducted (poor/inaccurate results). Table surface must be 36" D x 72" .Table Height adjustable from 30" to 37.5" Tall. Tables must be equipped with wheels for easy maneuvering to different labs. Table surface material needs to be ESD (electro static dissipative) . Tables to be equipped with built-in power strip on side of table. Tables to be fabricated with 2" x 2", square 18-gauge furniture grade steel tubing.
