Specifications include, but are not limited to: demolition of dilapidated structures owned by Judy Johnson, Coreen Fields, and Angie Rena Lee that it has acquired and which are located at 167, 169, and 171 Ferguson Lane, respectively. ; The contractor shall furnish all supervision, technical personnel, labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and services.; Bids should include all costs including demolition, permit fees, dumping fees, cost of insurance requirements, waste disposal costs or fees, city license fees, rental costs of equipment, and any other costs incurred when performing the demolition. ; Contractor should confirm that all utilities have been disconnected. ; All trash, rubbish, litter, and debris that results from the demolition activities must be removed and legally disposed of by the contractor.
