Specifications include, but are not limited to: professional design services for the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) / Ashland Community and Technical College (ACTC). KCTCS ACTC desires to procure the professional design services for a Phase 2 renovation of a portion of the Main Building on the College Drive Campus in Ashland, Kentucky.; The scope of this project is to renovate and revitalize the auditorium addition constructed on the College Drive campus that was constructed 1972 and update the science laboratories in the Main Building constructed in 1967. ; The auditorium addition renovation consisted of a theater/auditorium, classrooms, offices and restrooms. The science laboratories renovation will consist of new fume hoods and new lab furniture.; The renovation of both areas of the building will include updating electrical, plumbing, replacing HVAC components and HVAC controls. The theater/auditorium area will require a compete demolition of the space and upgrade of the space to meet current codes. The science labs area will require a compete upgrade to meet current curriculum and standards
