Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Upon submission of their bid, vendors must be in agreement with and qualified to perform the work as outlined with all information present, or provided thereafter, within the Bid and Contract Documents (Event 2208 - Commercial Demolition - 1324 North Shackleford Rd) sections of this solicitation. B. All aspects of project must meet current Federal ADA Regulations and Standards. C. Vendors shall be in compliance with the requirement of Act 150 of 1965 of the State of Arkansas, effective June 3, 1965, (codified as amended at Ark. Code Ann. §§ 17-25-301 through 17-25-316), which is the current Arkansas State Licensing Law for Contractors. Vendors should indicate on the bid form the current license number as issued by the applicable licensing entity. D. Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this contract with three (3) calendar days after they receive the written “Notice to Proceed” of the City and to fully complete the Commercial Demolition – 1324 North Shackleford Rd project within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days thereafter as stipulated in the specifications. E. It is expressly agreed that Contractor is acting as an independent contractor in performing the Work described herein. F. All structures listed shall be thoroughly saturated with water during the demolition process to control dust. G. The vendor shall provide proof of a City of Little Rock Business License prior to contract assignment. H. The vendor shall be responsible for preparation and filing of all waste manifest forms. I. The vendor shall be responsible for notification to the Arkansas One-Call System for utility location and removal. J. The vendor shall be responsible for providing water for saturating structures and all associated fees.
