Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFI is to gather feedback and information for the Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA), Division of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA) regarding expansion of the federally supported Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model. The CCBHC model ensures access to evidence-based mental health and addiction care for any individual, regardless of their ability to pay, place of residence, or age. CCBHCs will provide a coordinated, comprehensive array of services to ensure access to care, stabilize crises, and provide individualized treatment pathways for Hoosiers experiencing mental illness and/or addiction disorder challenges. In this RFI, the State shares its preliminary thoughts regarding CCBHC implementation in Indiana for reaction and community input. The State also shares open questions and data requests from stakeholders and providers. Responses to this RFI will be important input for the State’s considerations for program design and implementation to deliver comprehensive behavioral healthcare.
