Logistics alignment to other transportation and cargo corridors. Investigate and define possible P3 structures for expanded Port of Entry. NMTRIA Organizational Structure Perform final legal and regulatory review analysis to establish RIS within County Government. Finalize reporting and governance structure with USDOT. Project Operating Plan (Engineering/Preliminary Environmental Reviews) Produce detailed preliminary engineering and environmental plans and cost estimates Undertake community engagement process to assure adjacent and effected community support. NMTRIA P3 Strategy Financial Structure Develop clean energy P3 plan and create project structures for hydrogen, and electric fueling, and charging infrastructure. Create Truck Mobility Complex P3 development plan and project structure; for blended, clean energy, truck services technology, warehouse investment. Develop road financing P3 plan and project structures for development of internal road system investment, and external Port Bypass Road. Create business model/P3 structure to develop and construct TradePort Optimizer/Communications Network. Project Delivery and Management Oversight and coordination of project elements and involvement of local and non-local stakeholders and investors.
