Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this RFP and resulting Contract is to provide ongoing maintenance operation, service, and repairs of the WWTP including all wastewater collection, treatment, and disposal systems. DAS PS on behalf of OMD is looking for a responsible Contractor to operate and maintain this WWTP and provide services within the response times specified. The Contractor must be capable of doing the work, licensed as required by state and federal law, able to meet DEQ requirements, able to ensure that the OYCP facility will have a smooth-running system compliant with all applicable federal and state requirements, and be able to help maximize the life expectancy of the system. Work to be accomplished in this Contract includes performance by a licensed DEQ Operator of Record including Contractor’s on-site technical assistance and consultation services, all of which must meet DEQ requirements.
