Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to contract with a responsible Proposer to assist the Agency with various Oracle product installations, upgrades, configurations, and provide guidance, documentation, and support as needed. The Agency has full-time staff administering their Oracle suite. The Agency requires assistance with troubleshooting, installing, configuring, creating reliable documentation, evaluating best practices, and providing support in, but not limited to, the following: • Oracle RRBMS Enterprise Edition 19c (and greater) • Oracle Enterprise Manager 13c (and greater) • WebLogic 14 (and greater) • OLVM 4.3 (and greater) • Oracle Linux 6 (and greater) • Real Application Testing 11g & 19c (and greater) • OVM 3.3.5 • Provide a bullet list of all the various Oracle configurations we either have or are looking to deploy, including the versions. Agency requires a variety of on-going Oracle Support Services for current and future Oracle product implementations. For example, the awarded contractor would be needed to assist in deploying a single-node Oracle Enterprise Manager instance, configuring an initial Oracle Database and WebLogic agents, and enabling Oracle Real Application Testing.
