Specifications include, but are not limited to: Clearing of snow at all three facilities when snow accumulates to 2” or more. Snow must be cleared prior to 7:30 AM CST at: 1320 Schaefer Street and 1812 Lee Avenue, both of Bismarck, ND. Snow must be cleared prior to 8:00 AM CST at: 2300 66th Street NE, Bismarck, ND. Facilities are used on a daily basis. Determination of snowfall (in inches) shall be determined by the amount recorded at the Bismarck Municipal Airport presented on the KFYR evening news. The Contractor shall take care to prevent damage to the parking area, sidewalks, signs, lawns and plantings. The bidder must have the appropriate equipment, minimum of a skid-steer and pay loader, to clean the lots and a loading dock. Item 1,4,7 has a loading dock.
