Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Kearney, Nebraska is requesting proposals from qualified contractors or construction companies in order to establish a contract to provide approximately 7,500 square feet of five-foot wide concrete sidewalk, 250 linear feet of concrete playground border, 625 square feet for a basketball court and 400 square feet of miscellaneous concrete (bike rack pad, bench pads, maintenance shed pad, etc) throughout Millennial Park, south of East 35th Drive Place and west of X Avenue, Kearney, Nebraska. • The quote will include all material and labor to construct the new sidewalks and flatwork. This includes subgrade preparation and backfill. • Sidewalk design thickness will be six inches. • Additional project specifications must meet the City of Kearney “Standard Specifications for Municipal Construction”. These specifications are available at cityofkearney.org or a copy can be requested from the City. • Site Restoration: Any turf that has been damaged during this project shall be repaired by City Staff. Any areas that have been destroyed, or areas where ruts and depressions have been created, will be restored to the same grade and condition as the surrounding area by the contractor
