Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1 The equipment furnished under these specifications shall be new of the latest improved model in current production as offered to the commercial trade. 3.2 Example Body: 3.2.1 Warner Select Pro. 3.2.2 Knapheide 696. 3.3 Advertised standard equipment of example bodies meets the general requirements for dimensions, design and construction. 3.4 All advertised standard equipment shall be provided whether or not specifically addressed. 3.5 All required non-standard items will be addressed in the technical specifications. 3.6 Bids shall include all costs associated with installation of service body and transferring factory OEM rearview camera to new service body. 3.7 Trucks will be delivered with factory pickup boxes already removed. 3.7.1 All factory wiring, bumpers and hardware will be intact. 4. APPROXIMATE BODY DIMENSIONS 4.1 96" length 4.2 78" width 4.3 40" height 4.4 49" floor width 4.5 14.5" compartment depth 5. MOUNTING 5.1 Required provisions will be made to the truck cab and chassis before the body is mounted, to fully support the body mounting frame. 5.2 The method used must not jeopardize the truck warranty. 5.3 All welding and construction techniques shall reflect professional workmanship. 5.4 Body will have provision for fuel filler outside of any enclosure or compartment. 5.5 Factory vehicle receiver hitch, reverse camera and trailer connector to remain. 6. BODY PREPARATION - PAINT - UNDERCOATING 6.1 Color shall match cab color. (Ford Oxford White) 6.2 Primer application to be full immersion electro-coat technology. 6.3 Final coat shall be acrylic urethane or equal with application to meet or exceed all requirements as described in the Product Data Sheet. 6.4 Basecoat/clearcoat is not required. 6.5 Finish must be smooth, shiny, free of runs, over sprays and other defects. 6.6 Entire system will have a minimum dry film mil thickness of 4.0 to 5.0. 6.7 Underside of body will be evenly and completely coated with automotive grade undercoating.
