Specifications include, but are not limited to: PROJECT INCLUDES REPLACING A HEAT EXCHANGER, CIRCULATION PUMP, 3 WAY CONTROL VALVE, AND PIPING, WHICH PROVIDE HEATING FOR RE-CIRCULATED SWIMMING POOL WATER. ADDITIONALLY, A NEW CIRCULATION PUMP IS TO BE ADDED TO THE POOL WATER HEAT EXCHANGER CIRCULATION PUMP; The Contractor shall provide and pay all costs for temporary utilities, including gas, water, sanitary sewer, telephone, and electricity, necessary to perform the Work. The Contractor shall pay for these costs during periods of suspensions of work. The Owner does not represent that utility service is available to the site. Before starting Work, the Contractor shall locate all general reference points and take such steps as are necessary to prevent their dislocation. If disturbed, the Contractor shall replace reference points as directed by the Owner’s Representative. The Contractor shall employ a competent Land Surveyor, licensed in the State of Alaska, to lay out the Work, and shall be responsible for its accuracy.
