Specifications include, but are not limited to: This solicitation is issued to receive proposals from qualified, financially sound, and responsible offerors to perform survey assessments in UK properties for hazardous or regulated materials(including universal waste) as defined by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), theOccupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), or the Toxic Substance Control Act(TSCA). The offerors shall be companies that are familiar with and adhere to all the federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to the testing of such materials. The offerors agree to make their services available to the University on an as-needed basis during the term of this Contract with the understanding that the University makes no representations or guarantees as to the actual number of services used under the terms of this Contract.
