Circuit Harnesses a. 27-circuit harness made of flame-retardant alloy with clear plastic-hinged lid, 20-ft. wire outputs. 20-ft power wires and dimensions no greater than 8”x5”x4”; b. 15-circuit harness made of flame-retardant alloy with clear plastic-hinged lid, 20-ft. wire outputs and dimensions no greater than 6”x5”x4”; and c. 8-circuit harness made of flame-retardant alloy with clear plastic-hinged lid, 20-ft. wire outputs and dimensions no greater than 6”x5”x4”. 2. Wiring a. GXL or TXL with cross-linked polyethylene XLP insulation; b. Temperature rating of -40 F to 257 F; and c. Labeled in clear print to easily identify each. 3. Mounting Hardware a. Adaptable and transferrable circuit fuse boxes to any vehicle type; b. Mountable to bulkhead via screw holes on housing unit enclosure; and c. Multiple mounting location options. 4. Connectors a. Quick disconnects on the 8-circuit, 15-circuit and 27-circuit harness for lockable option; b. Weatherproofed; and c. Connectors with more than 14 wires shall have cam assist with secondary lockout. 5. Harness Interconnectivity a. For quick disconnects option, upgrade from 15 to 27 circuits requires only the transfer of the mounting hardware.
