Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Manage surface parking lots and parking ramps • Manage office and commercial spaces • Lease office and commercial spaces • Coordinate outside services • Provide 24-hour "on call" emergency response • Coordinate capital improvements & repairs • Maintain parking equipment • Prepare operating budgets • Collect and provide to the Authority and City staff data on facility usage • Support monthly Parking Authority meetings (agendas, minutes, notices, etc.) • Coordinate public bids • Coordinate insurance coverage for Parking Authority properties • Prepare budgets & capital asset schedules • Prepare monthly financial reports • Assist annual audit by independent CPA firm • Maintain Parking Authority website
