Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide all necessary expertise, labor, equipment, materials, incidentals, and permits required to complete the Project as more fully described in the Contract Documents, including but not limited to: Demolition as indicated on the Plans; Regrading of site for installation of amenities and concrete walkways; Installation of all new amenities around pond as indicated on Plans; Installation of new concrete walkways and pads as indicated on Plans. The Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles, furnishing transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and for the performance of all labor, work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents.
