Specifications include, but are not limited to: OHA is seeking a qualified trainer(s) to conduct virtual and in-person classes for the following training class types: Nurtured Heart Approach; and Equity, Inclusion, and Anti-Racism. Trainer(s) will be responsible for providing: A proposal to conduct training to maximize interest Demonstrated skill in identifying and teaching to all learning styles Training outlines (to be approved by OHA) Detailed plans for advertising classes to MCIS teams throughout Oregon Printed and electronic materials and hand-outs Post training certificates of completion for students Quarterly reports due no later than one month following the end of each quarter throughout the life of the Contract. Reports shall include the following elements: Class date(s), method of training Name and employer of each student Copies of each student’s course evaluation (evaluation template provided to trainer(s) by OHA) OHA does not guarantee a minimum amount of Work under the resultant Contract. Trainings will be conducted on an as needed basis, decided by OHA.
