Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1: Project Organization – Data and Information CollectionPrior to the execution of a contract, the selected proposer will work with City staff to refine andfinalize the Work Plan which will be used to develop a Scope of Work document for the PersonalServices Agreement. The outcome should be a finalized Work Plan with clarified goals andpriorities. Throughout the process the City will provide the selected consultant with all availabledocumentation or data collection and will assist with background and research if needed.Deliverable: Work PlanTask 2: Public EngagementThe selected consultant will develop and execute a public engagement plan, utilizing CAT’sLimited English Proficiency Plan (LEP), to engage as many stakeholders as possible. Input will alsobe solicited from the Transit Advisory Committee and City staff.The public engagement plan should include at a minimum:a)Public engagement objectivesb)A list of key stakeholdersc)Issues of interest to the stakeholders
