Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide a variety of environmental engineering services related to transportation and flood control projects. Conduct environmental studies to provide on-site assessments for the presence of hazardous materials and make recommendations. Perform on-site surveying and laboratory tests of building materials that may contain asbestos. Provide detailed descriptions of the test results and a recommended approach for abatement. Conduct air quality impact studies of projects and programs using computer software and methodologies acceptable to Clark County and the Clark County Regional Transportation Commission. Studies must conform to applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal.
