Specifications include, but are not limited to: Repair holes and defects via spackling, mud or other industry approved methods in drywall prior to painting or priming Smooth repaired areas via industry approved method Supply any and all repair materials necessary Supply agreed upon paint colors and painting supplies Paint metal door frames and window frames Move any and all furniture when required including desks, bookcases, file cabinets, cubicle areas, vending machines, overhead storage bins etc. where required to do necessary work and put them back when work is completed Protect carpet, tile or linoleum from paint, primer, spackle etc. Protect all furniture from paint, primer, spackle etc. Remove any and all outlet covers, light switch covers, IT covers and put back when finished Tape around required items such as door frames, window frames, thermostats etc. Some areas may require painting after hours or on weekends so those prices should be included
