Specifications include, but are not limited to: This planning study will accomplish the following objectives: Review existing studies and ongoing development of the Master Plan to understand the overall vision of the project Coordinate an ARA and potential Phase I for the School lot. Complete documentation necessary for a 106 NHPA review including, but not limited to: Archaeological Resource Assessment and if needed Phase I Environmental Assessment Architectural Historian Determination of Eligibility for the National Registry Work with the Committee to create an RFP for the redevelopment of the Historic Stinehour Hotel utilizing pertinent studies, public input and concept vision to determine the potential restoration or reconstruction of the building. This work will include evaluating potential reuse scenarios and their viability on the site. Complete property redevelopment timelines and estimates Present to the Committee at project milestones and at public vote meetings The following work products will be produced by this study: Archeological Resource Assessment potential Phase I if needed for the School lot portion of the property (See attached map)/Architectural Historian Determination of Eligibility RFP for the redevelopment of the Stinehour Hotel to determine rehabilitation including potential desired reuses of the structure. Property redevelopment timeline and cost estimates including potential funding resources for future implementation. Supporting documents for public vote including informational flyer and full-size plans
