Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Temporary Staffing Coordination & Supervision a. Contractor will serve as the primary point of contact for temporary staffing agencies that provide temp staff to the Kansas Immunization Program. b. Contractor must provide an individual with proven supervisory skills of at least 2 years who will directly supervise between 15-25 full-time, temporary staff. c. Contractor will be responsible for learning and understanding internal KIP protocols and procedures to train the temporary staff. d. Contractor will put in place a reporting and tracking system to monitor temp staff progress on their work assignments plus handle any issues or challenges that may arise from said temp staff or assignments. 2. E-commerce Website Development and Maintenance a. The contractor should be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of E-commerce platforms with the ability to develop, maintain and support the COVID-19 Vaccine Ordering Site. b. Ensure continued support, new development, training, and maintenance of the COVID-19 Vaccine Ordering Website currently on the Shopify platform as the preferred e-commerce platform. 3. Project Management a. Serve as a project manager for various current and possible future projects as determined by the KIP leadership team. b. As a project manager, the expectation is to work with KIP Staff, other KDHE staff and/or third parties on projects to ensure a successful implementation and launch while monitoring and sharing project and budget updates as appropriate. c. The contractor should have proven successes in solution-driven project management with the ability to identify/hear of a problem from the program and offer unique solutions to solve the problem. 4. Salesforce Project Implementation a. The contractor will work with KIP staff and a third-party Salesforce development partner to design and implement two projects being built on the Salesforce Platform. These projects include a KSWebIZ Helpdesk Solutions and a KSWebIZ Provider Onboarding Portal. b. Contractor will work directly with the third-party Salesforce developer to ensure timelines and targets are met as well as track progress on overall implementation efforts of the above-mentioned solutions. c. Contractor will work with KIP staff to determine possible additional uses of the Salesforce Platform and/or lead the effort to develop a possible second phase of the above-mentioned solutions. d. Contractor should be or become knowledgeable of the Salesforce Platform through formal training or publicly offered Trailhead courses to serve as a potential subject matter expert on continued development, refinement, maintenance, and training for the KIP staff. 5. Team Communications and Strength Development a. Contractor should be or become certified in the Kolbe A Index to offer continued support to all KIP staff to develop and promote individual and team cohesion and effectiveness. b. Contractor should offer training to enhance and support current team projects and workloads. c. Work with KIP leadership team to develop and implement an evaluation to measure team communication effectiveness to ensure continued improvement. Based on the results of the evaluation, the contractor should offer solutions to identified problems or gaps.
