Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construct Grand Avenue West Segment 6DB Sewer Extension including all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct approximately 2,408 linear feet of 12-inch sanitary sewer in open cut, excavation, backfill, connection to existing sewer, surface restoration, traffic control and miscellaneous work, including cleanup. The kinds of materials, estimated quantities, and work to be done for the project on which bids will be received are as shown on the bid proposal for said project. All work is to be done in strict compliance with the Plans and Specifications prepared by Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. which have been heretofore approved by the City Council and which are now on file for public examination in the office of the City Clerk.
