Specifications include, but are not limited to: The development of a Level 1 geometric layout, stakeholder engagement technical support, a biddable final plan set and special provisions, and design support during construction for State Project (SP) 0713-81 on TH 169. This approximate 3.6-mile-long reconstruction project is addressing bridge, pavement, utility, and traffic needs on TH 169 through Mankato and North Mankato, Minnesota. A corridor study was recently completed that provided recommendations for improvements on TH 169 through Mankato and North Mankato. This project encompasses a portion of the corridor studied and will include the removal of the existing intersection at West Lind Street near the TH 14 interchange, creation of a full intersection (roundabout) at the intersection with North River Lane, and conversion of the signalized intersection at Webster Avenue to a roundabout.
