Construct a replacement unit with 2'x 12' preservative treated pine stringers, 5/4" PTP stepping stock treads, on a solid concrete footer. Frame stairs 3' wide connecting to a landing. REPLACE ANY DAMAGED WOOD WHERE STEPS CONNECT TO THE HOUSE
