Specifications include, but are not limited to: Prior to sealing of parking lot, contractor shall mill, level, and compact all damaged areas of existing sealcoat. Additional rock if needed shall be ¾” class ‘A” roadstone. Signage and closures are the responsibility of the Contractor. If wheel stops are present, they shall be removed and stored for later installation by owner. Signage shall be removed and stored for re-installation by owner. A double seal coat of HFE90 will then be applied using 3/8” chips. Excess rock will then be swept away, with multiple sweeps potentially being necessary. Contractor shall repair and finish grade all disturbed areas if needed. Seeding will be done by owner if needed. Specifications for constructing new parking areas (Shaver Park and Cleveland Park): Designated areas shall be excavated to a depth of 8-inches with 1-inch class A roadstone placed and compacted to SUDAS standard specifications by owner of the property. Roadstone shall be graded to match existing surface grades before sealcoat surface is placed. If additional material or prep is needed, contractor is responsible for completing additional prep or bringing in additional material according to specifications listed above. Signage and closures are the responsibility of the Contractor. Signage needing to be removed may be placed to the side for reinstallation by Owner.
