Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 Locations: Apt.2 Basement Upgrade Electrical Panel to 200 Amp Remove and replace Electrical Panel with 200-amp (unless restricted to 100 Amp by entrance wire) with a main disconnect and containing at least 30 circuit breaker positions (100 amp panel requires at least 10 circuit-breaker-protected circuits). 2 Locations: Apt.2 Dining #8 Add wall outlets and repair or replace floor outlet Replace or install duplex receptacle outlet(s). Outlet receptacles installed in compliance with code requirements, which may include running a new wire from the panel location. 3 Locations: Apt.2 Kitchen #10 Push button wall switches (bank of 5) Replace Light Switches with modern lever switches. Switches to be installed in compliance with code requirements, which may include running new wires. 4 Locations: Basement Utility Sinks (laundry area) Repair or replace drain line connections to meet code for connected fixtures.
