Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 Locations: Apt.200-3 RCA doors A1, C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, & C6 (7) Apt.202-1 RCA doors A1, A2, A3, B1 & D2 (5) Apt.202-3 FCA doors B1 & B2 (2) Remove and Replace (Exterior and Unit Entry): Remove and dispose existing door (including hardware, door jamb, and possibly casing). Newly installed unit entry locksets/dead bolts will be keyed alike in each separate unit. (Special locksets may be required by the owner at their own expense). Existing door closer(s) will not be disposed of unless identified as a Lead Hazard. Door closers to be addressed by a method agreed to by the owner in the design specifications. Fire-Rated Doors (Common Areas): Unit Entry doors or Storage Entry doors require a 20- minute fire rated door at minimum or a 90-minute fire rated door. (Other fire door options may be allowed for custom door configurations.) Door must have factory labeled fire rating. Installation to include ANSI Grade 2 lockset or better. Fire-Rated doors require closers or selfclosing hinges. Doors into a private unit require lockset with deadbolt properly installed. (Configuration to match existing if owner chooses to re-use existing locksets). Install per manufacturer instructions, including caulking. Insulate door cavity using spray foam insulation. (MUBEC requires gaps are sealed). Install non-leaded door casing/jamb to match existing. New trim components to be caulked, primed and painted to match existing, or color agreed upon by owner. No trim components shall be left unfinished. 2 Locations: Apt.202-1 Exterior A-B-side Damaged Siding at Windows A9, B3 & B4 Pull siding from lower B-side rear wall to patch and replace damaged Vinyl at Windows A9, B3 & B4. Replace siding at B rear wall with new siding to match from as close as possible (stock color).
