Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Nashua, Division of Public Works, is seeking bids for a new handicap accessible pedestrian connector ramp from the north end of the City-owned Cotton Transfer Bridge to the existing paved pedestrian path that extends along the north bank of the Nashua River in Nashua, New Hampshire. Proposed improvements include construction of the connector ramp, rehabilitation of the existing truss pier, construction of concrete sidewalk tying into the existing riverwalk path, and landscaping improvements along existing riverwalk path. Other work includes but is not limited to: removal of existing stairway structure, rock wall construction, underground utility coordination, relocating existing monument sign, and coordinating light pole relocations.
