Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. CMc Package #1: a. New Westfield Middle School – West 1. Description: A new 1,600 student Middle School located on a new site located on the corner of US 32 and Centennial Road. This project will include all site improvements and infrastructure required for this new facility including new athletic facilities. 2. Budget: $100 Million Cost of Work 3. Reference: Exhibit C 4. Design Team Lead: CSO 2. CMc Package #2: a. Shamrock Springs Elementary School Renovation or Replacement 1. Description: A complete replacement or addition and renovation of existing Shamrock Springs Elementary School for 700 – 800 students. The selected CMc will assist the design team and owner in evaluating the most prudent path forward. This campus and building will remain occupied throughout the duration of construction regardless of direction. 2. Budget: $46 Million Cost of Work 3. Reference: Exhibit D 4. Design Team Lead: Schmidt Associates b. New Midland Trace Elementary School 1. Description: A new 700 – 800 student Elementary School located on Towne Road south of US 32. This project will include all site improvements and infrastructure required for this new facility. This design is assumed to be a prototypical design if proven the most prudent direction is to replace Shamrock Springs ES with a completely new facility. 2. Budget: $42 Million Cost of Work 3. Reference: Exhibit E 4. Design Team Lead: Schmidt Associates 3. CMc Package #3: a. New WWS Tennis Facility 1. Description: A new tennis facility for Westfield Middle and High School students located southeast of the current Westfield Intermediate School. This project will include 15 post-tensioned concrete tennis courts, outbuilding with public restrooms, changing rooms, and concessions, and all required site infrastructure including significant underground detention. As this site is adjacent to the existing intermediate and middle schools, students and staff will be present throughout the duration of construction. 2. Budget: $8.3 Million Cost of Work 3. Reference: Exhibit F 4. Design Team Lead: CSO b. WWS Early Learning Center and Admin Building Expansion 1. Description: An expansion of the existing Early Learning Center and Admin Building to provide an additional 12 classrooms, multi-purpose room, offices, and storage. The existing playground will also be increased in size and enclosed in the center of this facility. There will also be a small office addition to the administration wing. This campus will remain occupied throughout the duration of construction. 2. Budget: $12.5 Million Cost of Work, 3. Reference: Exhibit G 4. Design Team Lead: CSO D. Other Scopes of Work: 1. WWS reserves the right to include additional scope or additional buildings or facilities under this agreement if mutually agreed upon by both parties. Any changes agreed upon are subject to the change order process in WWS contract with the selected CMc. E. The successful CMc will help determine the best overall strategy for completing each Project in respect to bidding, timing of the bidding, and scope packages. It is the Owner’s intent that the design team and selected CMc shall work with the owner and other consultants in a harmonious manner during the design and construction phases of the project. F. The Cost of Work inclusive of the CMc’s Fee for the Construction Manager as Constructor is to be based on the budgeted amounts listed above for each project. This cost value is subject to change.
